Lifetime Warranty & Repairs

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If a manufacturing defect arises, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. Please note, this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Lifetime Warranty Terms

  1. Complimentary repair services are available for all Solene jewellery. However, any additional use of precious metals or stones during repair will incur a separate charge.
  2. The warranty is void if the item has been altered in any way by a third party (e.g., engraving, resizing, or repairs by anyone other than Solene).
  3. If any component (e.g., stone, chain, clasp) is detached, it must be returned with all its original parts. Solene is not liable for missing components.
  4. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  5. Original invoice and certificate must be presented to access warranty or repair services.

Exchange Policy

We understand that preferences can change, which is why we offer flexible exchange options:

Gold Jewellery

Can be exchanged for gold or diamond jewellery, or for a gift voucher equal to the invoiced amount.

Diamond Jewellery

Can be exchanged for gold or diamond jewellery, or for a gift voucher equal to the invoiced amount.

Exchange Conditions

  1. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original purchase condition.
  2. Each item is eligible for a single exchange only, within the 30-day period.
  3. Exchanges are accepted only upon presentation of the original Solene purchase invoice, certificate, and other proof of purchase.
  4. Items that have been resized or modified are not eligible for exchange.
  5. Verification and valuation may take up to 14 working days.

Returns & Withdrawals (Refunds)

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

  1. The item must be returned to Solene within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. The item must be unworn and free from any signs of use, including scratches, dents, stains, or other flaws.
  3. All original packaging and accessories must be returned, including gift boxes, certificates, and promotional items.
  4. The item must not have been resized or modified.
  5. Verification and valuation of returned items may take up to 14 working days.
