Client Engagement Specialists

Solene Jewellers is a growing luxury jewelry brand focused on delivering highly personalized service and helping clients discover pieces that mark their most meaningful moments. Our philosophy is built around connection — thoughtful guidance, expert advice, and a seamless buying journey tailored to each client.

We are looking for motivated individuals (full-time or part-time) to join our Client Engagement team and manage customer interactions across our online channels. As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will guide clients through the process of understanding, selecting, and purchasing the perfect jewelry piece — whether for engagement, gifting, or personal style.

Ideally, you will:

» Have an engaging communication style : personable, professional, and confident. You should know how to guide conversations and create a calm, trustworthy experience for clients.

» Have interest in fashion and jewelry : training will be provided, but familiarity with diamonds, gemstones, settings, styling, or luxury retail is a strong advantage.

» Be a collaborative team member : we are a growing brand building a strong luxury identity, and we value people who want to contribute to that journey.

Be comfortable handling client conversations across messaging platforms, calls, and digital channels in a fast-paced online environment.

We welcome candidates with experience in luxury customer service, jewelry sales, or premium retail environments. We also encourage articulate, motivated applicants with strong communication skills and a passion for client experience to apply.
